These terms explain how ordering from GradToHire (gradtohire.com) works. By placing an order, you agree to them.
Early access
- GradToHire is in early access. Orders placed now are free early-access requests. No payment is taken.
- Placing an order reserves your place and the price shown at the time you ordered.
- Before anything is charged, we will email you with the details and ask you to confirm. You can say no, and nothing will be charged.
Our products and services
- Digital products (such as templates and guides) are delivered by email or download.
- Services (such as tailored CVs, profile makeovers and mock interviews) are delivered by email or online, within the delivery time shown on the product page, starting from when we receive the details we need from you.
- Tailored CVs and profile makeovers include one round of revisions.
Your information
You are responsible for making sure the information you send us (such as your experience and achievements) is true. We write and format your documents but do not invent experience or qualifications. How we handle your data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
- Early-access requests are free, so there is nothing to refund.
- Once paid services launch, if we cannot deliver your order on time, you can ask for a full refund.
- If you are not happy with a service, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will revise it or discuss a refund.
